Refund policy
The possibility of return, exchange and cancellation applies for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since receipt of your purchase, I cannot offer you an exchange or refund. You must declare your return, exchange and cancellation within 14 days of receiving the package. The package must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Only unused items that are in the same condition that you received them are eligible for a return.
To process your return, I need a receipt or proof of purchase.
In certain cases, only part or none of the price will be refunded: (if applicable)
* Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or have parts missing, and where this is not my fault
* items that are not returned within a period of 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
After receipt and inspection of the returned items, I will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. I'll also let you know if I've approved or declined your refund.
If I approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
If necessary, please contact the issuer of your credit card. It may take a while to see your refund.
If that's not the problem, contact your bank. It often takes time to process a refund.

Exchange (if applicable)
I only replace undamaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please send an email to SimRacingCraftsmen@hotmail.com and send the item to Nieuwwolfslaarlaan 17, Bavel, 4854EA, The Netherlands.

To return your item, you must send it to Nieuwwolfslaarlaan 17, Bavel, 4854EA, The Netherlands.
The shipping costs for returning the item are for your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
How long a replacement item takes to reach you depends on where you are.
If you are sending me an item worth more than €75, please consider a shipping service with a tracking option or insurance. I do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
